AI solution
GuardAssist AI
AI-powered security assistance that helps security teams know who is in a monitored area, whether they are allowed to be there, and what needs a response.
GuardAssist AI is in development. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What the platform does
GuardAssist AI analyses camera streams with computer vision. It detects people, recognises those who are enrolled, checks their identity against the access rules for each zone, and raises alerts for security staff when something needs attention.
The AI is decision support, not a verdict: detections become alerts and incidents that trained staff verify, escalate and resolve through a recorded workflow.
Key capabilities
What the platform supports today.
Identity and access
Know who is where, and whether they should be.
- Face recognition against enrolled people
- Access groups that define which zones each person may enter
- Explicit deny rules that override any allow
- Watchlists
- Working-hours schedules for access
- Entry logs for recognised people
Camera monitoring
See what the cameras see.
- Live camera streams on the dashboard
- Camera zones and regions of interest
- Evidence captured for events
Threat signals
Behaviour and objects that deserve a second look.
- Tailgating
- Face covering
- Loitering
- Weapon detection as an alert signal for human verification
Risk and incidents
From a detection to a resolved incident.
- Risk scores for people, cameras and zones
- An incident lifecycle: detected, verified, escalated, responding, contained, resolved and closed
- Response workflows and approvals
- An audit trail of who acted on each incident
Alerts and analytics
Reach the right person quickly.
- Real-time alerts in the browser
- Notification preferences, templates and escalation rules
- Analytics on access, threats, risk and incidents
Administration and control
Keep the system itself accountable.
- Role-based access control with permissions and menu access
- Two-factor authentication
- Data-retention policies with encrypted archival
- An organisation profile
How it works
From camera to resolved incident.
Connect cameras
Camera streams are registered and relayed to the platform.
Enrol people and set zones
Security teams enrol people and define which zones each may enter.
Detect and check
The platform detects people, recognises them and checks the rules for the zone.
Alert and verify
Security staff receive alerts and verify them.
Respond and review
Incidents are escalated and resolved, and kept in an audit trail.
Why it helps
Faster awareness
Alerts reach security staff as events happen.
Consistent rules
Access decisions follow the zone rules you define.
Evidence and accountability
Events and the actions taken on them are recorded.
People stay in control
The AI flags; trained staff decide.
Who it is for
Organisations with areas that need monitoring and access control.
- Organisations with restricted or high-value areas to protect
- Security teams that monitor several cameras and zones
- Sites that need access rules and an incident record
Good to know
- AI detections can be wrong. Treat them as signals for trained staff to verify, not as proof.
- Results depend on camera placement, lighting and configuration. We do not publish accuracy figures.
- Face recognition involves personal data and may be regulated. Configure consent, retention and access to match your legal obligations.
- Video analysis needs camera infrastructure and a GPU-capable server.
