1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how ABA Nexus Technologies (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to this website only; the IBP application is a separate service.

2. Information we collect

• Demo requests: your name, company name, phone number, email address, city, business type, number of branches and users, the product you are interested in, your preferred contact method and any message you choose to write.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.
• Newsletter: your email address and the language of the page you subscribed from.
• Abuse protection: a keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself), used only to limit repeated submissions.
• Preferences: your chosen theme (light, dark or system) is stored in your browser, and your language choice may be stored in a cookie. These are not used to identify you.
• Analytics: if we enable analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service to count page views and key actions such as requesting a demo. It does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track visitors whose browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your requests and messages and to arrange demos.
• To send you a confirmation of your request and to notify our team, by email, when you submit a form.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

4. Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database. We use technical measures such as server-side validation, access restrictions and rate limiting to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers — for example for hosting, email delivery and analytics — who process information on our behalf and only for those purposes.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in our emails. To make a request, contact us.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
